We can ship orders to most of the countries worldwide. Once you place an order, you will receive your order within 12-15 working days including shipping and order process time. We also provide express shipping (4-7 business days). If you want express shipping please contact us.
We ship all items by DHL Ecommerce, UPS, FedEx and DHL from Jaipur, India to customers all over the world. Our courier partner not delivering on post box numbers. So at the time of check out please make sure you mention building number or any house number in delivery address.
Once we receive your order, we send an order confirmation email. After receiving the full payment we process the order. We keep updating you during the processing stage of your order. It may take 12-15 business days including shipping.

Yes, you can certainly get your hands on physical samples. These can be ordered by mailing us a sample request of the desired items code number or item name. Or you can order directly from our website on the bottom Order Samples tab.
All products are free shipping for most of the countries. Few countries are not included in this offer and we may ask for shipping charges. We charge only $20 handling fee for each order.
There are not any hidden charges but if there are vat, custom duties, area charges and any type of charges (if applicable) by custom department at customer country. All are to be paid by customer at the time of delivery of the shipment or later by Courier Company. As different countries have many charges for vat / custom duty / other taxes and are charged by the rules of customs and imports. We can't find or charge proper you for customer country duties or taxes on shipments elsewhere India.
Payment is required before the order is processed. We accept all payments via PayPal, all major debit or credit card like Visa, Master, Diners, American Express, Bank Transfer and on the website via a safe encrypted on-line processing system.
HMWpaper is not at all responsible for the lost or damaged goods while in transit/shipping. If the consignment is lost or damaged in transit, client is liable for contacting shipping service provider. You can just snail a mail to us about the incident.

Yes, customization is available. If there is any change in the design/colour/size, which is ordered by you and leads to variation from the creative design team, it is subject to price change, and will be beard by the client itself. We will inform you prior for such price changes depending on the type of customization you need.
Yes, you can change the colour and size while placing the order. If you do require colour or size change then you have to write your colour and size change request. You can tell us the size and name of the colour. After placing the order our designers will create your proofs according to your request and email you within 48 hours. If you want to make any changes, please email or call us back.
You can email or call us to make any changes. We will make changes if it is before your order has been processed. However if you wish to make any changes after you have confirmed the e-proofs via email, then you will need to contact us immediately. We will check the status of your order and then we will let you know if a change can still be made. Please note additional fees may be required to stop your order for the requested changes. We will do our best to make any changes before your order is ready. However, due to our fast turn-around time, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to intercept or change any order once it has reached our factory. Thus, it is extremely important that you make sure your order is correct before you confirm your e-proofs.
Within 7 days of acceptance of your package, products that are unopened and are in its unique packaged condition are applicable for return. The return is only accepted if the product received by you is damaged or not as described in our website. Handling Charges will not be credited for the original shipment or return shipment. Damaged returns will not be accepted. Please ensure that the product is wrapped well, protected and insured before returning. Opened products cannot be returned, unless defective. Buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs for the return. Also if the customer pays any local Gov. Taxes for received or returning the goods we are not liable for it. Returns based on colour issues are not accepted due to colour variations in computer monitors, so you must consider a slight colour change from what you see on screen.
